Description

AMENDMENT 1: Name of requirement updated to better represent the requirement. Questions and Answers document was uploaded on 9/18/2025. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9124V25QA018 is a solicitation issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, published 7 August 2025. This is a 100% small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 337215: Showcase, partition, Shelving and Locker Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. PSC is 7125. If this NAICS is not listed as one of your organization�s codes in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, you will need to certify your business size for this NAICS (prior to award), via FAR Clause 52.212-3, Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items Alternate I.� All applicable provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation, to include FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
