- Contract was Awarded on the following 1. Technical Capability Understanding of Scope: Demonstrated understanding of door hardware and mechanical units for door operators, electrical work to provide power to the mechanical units for door operators and bollard installation. Approach/Methodology: Clear and feasible plan for coordination between disciplines and approach for completing the work. Staffing Plan: Qualified personnel with 3+ years of established knowledge of door operating mechanisms and bollard installation. One staff member with a Journeyman�s Electrical License to perform all electrical work. Contractor shall have sufficient staffing levels for continuity of these requirements. 2. Experience and Past Performance Relevant Experience: History of installing equipment similar to the scope of this project. Past Performance: Quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction ratings from previous or current clients. Use CPARS if applicable. 3. Cost/Price Reasonableness and realism of the proposed pricing, particularly over a five-year period. Balance between technical merit and cost competitiveness. 4. Key Personnel Qualifications Licensing and Certifications: Evidence that key personnel hold required Journeyman�s Electrical Licensure. Continuity and Availability: Plans for backup personnel, training, and staff turnover mitigation. 5. Quality Control/Assurance Plan Procedures to ensure quality of work is maintained and documentation that said procedures is followed rigorously. How unknown site conditions or installation errors will be detected and resolved quickly. 6. Safety and Environmental Compliance OSHA and environmental compliance procedures. Safety training programs and records.
