- Requirement: The Contractor shall provide the following: 1. Outdoor diesel powered 150KW 208V 3 phase standby generator housed in a weatherproof corrosion resistant housing for permanent installation. - QTY - 1. 2. 600-amp automatic bus transfer switch compatible with selected generator unit. - QTY - 1. 3. 48-hour fuel tank rated for 100% load fuel consumption of generator. Must include fuel tank level indicator. - QTY - 1. Delivered to: USCG STA Tillamook Bay, 1200 Oregon Coast Hwy, Garibaldi, OR 97118 Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Officer Patrick Stewart at patrick.r.stewart2@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 37400PR250000066 in the subject line. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors. No more questions will be answered after 09/29/25. Quote submission: All quotes shall be required to be on SF1449 with a breakdown of all costs including shipping. All qoutes shall be submitted to the Contract Officer Patrick Stewart at patrick.r.stewart2@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 37400PR250000066 in the subject line. Date of offers due on 05/29/25 at 12pm (PST). All offers that are submitted late (by day and time zone) and quotes that do not include a breakdown of cost will not be considered in award determination. Award: It is the government�s intent to award to the one responsible quote which proposes a price that is fair and reasonable and provides the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. If the lowest priced quote is not found to be technically acceptable, the contracting officer will evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for award. Under FAR 4.1103, a prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to the award. Failure for a contractor to be registered in SAM shall result in the Contracting Officer proceeding with the next successfully registered offeror. Website: www.sam.gov
