Industry questions and answers are posted on September 12, 2025. Please acknowledge in proposal. Date and time for receipt of offers has been udpated to September 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern A. Project Title: Renovation of Greenhouse 33, Miami, Florida B. Aquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $45.0M. C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments sent), and 20 A-C of this form. E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7. See Statement of Work for additional information. Any questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by email to erin.riffey@usda.gov no later than 5 pm Eastern time September 10, 2025. Questions received after that time will not be answered. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
