Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) is actively seeking small business vendors to supply the seawater cooling pipe assembly (P/N: 520-6508) for the Ship Service Diesel Generator (SSDG) set aboard LPD-17 class ships, specifically for the USS Anchorage (LPD-23). This component is critical for the ship's power generation system, both underway and in-port. This request is part of a market survey to identify capable small businesses for potential procurement. The government is gathering information to determine the appropriate procurement method and to assess the availability of qualified vendors. Interested vendors should be prepared to provide the following information: Company Information: Company Name and CAGE Code Point of Contact (POC) with contact detailsnavsup.navy.mil+3Navy Educational and Training Command+3HigherGov+3 Product Information: Part Number(s) or National Item Identification Number (NIIN) the company is eligible to manufacture Confirmation of whether the company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the specified part If not the OEM, a description of the company's technical capacity to manufacture the part. 3. Business Classification: Indication of whether the company is a small business, and if so, the specific type (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) This information will assist in determining the method of procurement and the availability of qualified sources.
