- This amendment is to update the description of requirements (see RFQ - mod document), upload a questions and answers document, and to extend the offer due date to August 25, 2025. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one compact, stand-alone, advanced X-ray diffraction (XRD) system that meets the specifications detailed in the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, as necessary. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil.
