This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is ACQR6124130 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 06/11/2025, located at FAR | Acquisition.GOV. The contractor shall supply all necessary tools and materials to complete the specified work scope. B534 Option: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform comprehensive inspection, cleaning, sanitizing, and documentation of all HVAC system components in accordance with the latest ACR NADCA Standard for Assessment, Cleaning, and Restoration of HVAC Systems. The contractor shall supply all necessary tools and materials to complete the specified work scope. Contract Term: estimated 90 Days. Period of Performance: The start and completion dates will be determined at time of award. Estimated Period of Performance is 15 Sept 2025 � 15 Dec 2025. Location: All work is located at the Naval Submarine Base New London at Groton, CT. The Government reserves the right to eliminate from consideration for award any or all offers at any time prior to award of the contract and to award the contract to the offeror submitting the lowest price. Badging: You must go to the pass and ID office before entering the base. All visitors must show valid photo identification to enter. Valid ID include: (1) verified driver�s license with a star on it. (2) An unverified driver�s license with a certified copy of birth certificate and social security card, OR (3) unverified driver�s license with valid U.S. passport. d. All visitors must be U.S. citizens. e. All vehicles must have current registration and insurance. f. Report to Building # 500 no later than 7:30 AM to ensure access to the base; Base Security with these items for a base pass. Base Security is the right just prior to the Main Entrance.
