Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 26,568 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Office space for a Wake Forest CBOC in Wake Forest, NC The Department of Veterans Affairs is actively seeking to lease a maximum of 26,568 RSF of existing office or medical space to provide essential care to VA patients in Wake Forest, NC. Requirements: Location:� Must be within the delineated area. Space Requirements: Office space or Medical space for functional staff Patient waiting areas Functional corridors Restroom facilities Conference space Record functions Staff support areas Considerations: Existing buildings or build-to-suit options will be evaluated. Compliance with accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards) is mandatory. Special consideration will be given to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. We invite interested parties to submit their interest and look forward to collaborating to enhance the care we provide to our veterans. VA seeks for the facility to have at least 100 parking spaces for use by VA as a Veterans Center. The VA seeks a lease term of 20 years. To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the delineated area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must face any of the following boundary lines: Starting point 2114 Ben Craig Drive, Suite 300, Right on Mallard Creek Road North on Mallard Creek Road, turn right on W Mallard Creek Church road East on West Mallard Creek Church road, turn right on I85 south South on I85 south, turn right on W.W.T.
