- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. The following is attached for you to complete and review: 1.) Buy American Act (BAA) 2.) Reps and Certs 3.) FP Commercial Supplies-Services T&C�s ( August 2023 ) Requested for Quote: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW: The BOMPD (Balanced Optical-Microwave Phase Detector) must be compatible with the Cycle PFTS link output: 1550nm; 325MHz; ~150fs FWHM, 10mW; PMF PC/APC coupling RF Input: 2.6GHz BOMPD Timing sensitivity: > 0.2 mV/fs main balanced output with 1 M? load impedance Timing noise floor: 100 kHz 3-dB signal bandwidth Required item(s) are listed below: BOMPD � 15 � QTY1 Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Please be advised that the requirement was also posted in SAM.gov. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Method and best Lead-Time. Is there any room for additional discount such as for Academic, ICPT, GSA, or Government Institutions? Buy American Act Certification (BAA) applies to awards over $10,000.
