- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET RESARCH IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Water Restoration, HVAC, Ducts, and Dryer Vent Cleaning and Disinfecting Services **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** **ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITIONS.** This sources sought is seeking interest from vendors capable of providing Water Restoration, HVAC, Ducts, and Dryer Vent Cleaning and Disinfecting Services on Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Dryer Vent Estimated Quantities . All interested parties are invited to provide the below listed information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561790 � Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with a size standard of $9,000,000. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. Firms capable of meeting the requirements and with an interest in submitting proposals on future requirements as described in this requirement are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. At a minimum, a capabilities package shall include the following: 1 . Capability statement which shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work. Include the following information within the statement: 2. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 3. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman-Owned Small Business). 4. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this requirement should it be solicited in the future. 5. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Prot�g� information, existing or potential (if applicable). 6. A listing of any government contracts your company held as the primary contractor over the last three (3) years. 7. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain.
