El Mirage, Arizona (N62473-25-D-5231), T1-MW Joint Venture, Centennial, Colorado (N62473-25-D-5232) is awarded a $495,000,000 firm-fixed-price for indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity unrestricted multiple award construction contract for new construction and repair and renovation of airfield paving and heavy-duty paving construction projects. This contract provides for new construction and repair and renovation of airfield paving and heavy-duty paving construction projects, but are not limited to: runway, taxiway, apron, and support areas for use by aircraft. Work will be performed at various military installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) area of responsibility including, but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico and is expected to be completed by April 23, 2030. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and 3 option years, is $495,000,000. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $40,000 will be obligated at time of award, and funds and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Sam.gov website, with 13 offers received. The NAVFAC Southwest, San Diego, California is the contracting activity. The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, but are not limited to: runway, taxiway, apron, and support areas for use by aircraft within North American Industry Classification System Code 237310 by primarily design-bid-build or secondarily design-build.
