- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM, 87420, requires a contractor to replace the back deck for Building 3000. The period of performance will be 120 days from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238350 � Finish Carpentry Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00166 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Monday, April 28, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
