- Region 6 - Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah Repairs/Maintenance/Diagnostics to include, but are not limited to the following: -Associated travel for: Repairs/Maintenance/Diagnostics -Fluid services -Filtration services -Electronics -Coolant systems -Hydrostatic System -Steering/Brake components -Engine/Powertrain maintenance/repairs -Paint/body -Glass -Undercarriage -If not listed above, any operating system on Vehicles. -Purchase of repair/replacement parts for maintenance and repair Vendor needs to submit: 1. Signed form 1449 and SF-30 from the solicitation packet with filled out CAGE code 2. A statement that confirms that the vendor can perform vehicle repair/maintenance and has certified mechanics. 3. A hourly labor rate for in shop repair. The Respondent may also provide an hourly labor rate for other items such as but not limited to: performing diagnostics, travel to customer site, and on-site repair.
