- Purchase Description for Phoenix LiDAR UAV Software to include Phoenix SpatialPro (a perpetual license) and Navlab Embedded (a perpetual license) & Training to include LiDAR UAV Acquisition Training, Flight Training and Post Processing Training The following information was taken directly from the Phoenix SpatialPro Description in the company's website: The Spatial Pro module for Spatial Explorer expands this software's functionality with tools for fine tuning and deliverable data production. KEY FEATURES GNSS differential corrections Precise Point Positioning INS loosely and tightly coupled integrations Embedded directly into Spatial Explorer desktop Reference station configuration IMU-to-Antenna lever arm offsets estimation and quality control reporting Seamless integration of Novatel's InertialExplorer All-in one software workflow to eliminate coordinate reference system Fast, simplified, automated processing The following information was taken directly from Phoenix flight and LiDAR acquisition training quotes: Basic Flight Training - 2 day In Person Training @Customer Location. Includes, Basic Planning, Operations, and Preflight checks with the intent to gain confidence, and operational understanding to conduct LiDAR Based flight operations. Basic Acquisition LiDAR Training: 2 day In Person Training @Customer Location. Gain Knowledge of how LiDAR works, Acquisition Procedures and Workflows, In Field Data Assessment. Includes Practical Classroom, and Field Training (Weather Dependent). TLO: To gain confidence and understand how to properly operate system for any single acquisition method, i.e. UAV, Mobile, Manned. The following information was taken directly from Phoenix post processing training quotes: Intro to Spatial Explorer: (Half Day) - Transforming remotely sensed data from a raw state into a geospatial product. This half day session will teach you the essentials for fusing data in Spatial Explorer. Training covers trajectory processing with Navlab (when applicable), sensor settings and filters, configuring coordinate systems, cloud creation, visualizing and measuring data, and exporting results. Spatial Explorer Professional: (Half Day) - Optimize your datasets, perform analytics and generate deliverable products with the Spatial Pro workflow. Training covers calibration with LiDARSnap and CameraSnap, GCP utilization, classification techniques, quality control, reporting, and product creation. Prerequisite: Intro to SpatialExplorer Moving forward with the purchase of SpatialPro module for SpatialExplorer software (a perpetual license) and the training program will keep the Geospatial's UAS Survey Programs running and fully operational, minimizing unnecessary downtime and improving overall efficiency. By including Spatial Pro module for Spatial Explorer software into this purchase, our government will benefit by consolidating all Navlab LIDAR UAV software purchases and training into one contracting action reducing time and labor for USACE employees and qualifying for a ""Fleet Discount"" of 8%.
