- Project Title: B1118 SAPR Office Wall and Door Project Location: Shaw AFB Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a Competitive Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 236220. Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000.00 Site Visit is scheduled for 14 April 2025 at 9:30 AM on Shaw AFB. For Base Access requests contact the Contracting Officer, Ms. Zelda Williams at moore.williams.1@us.af.mil or the Contract Specialist, Christon Reed at christon.reed@us.af.mil NLT Thursday 10 April 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Base access will not be permitted without prior coordination. Questions or request for Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer NLT 21 April 2025. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and in accordance with (UFC) Unified Facilities Criteria, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), the International Building Code (IBC), International plumbing code (IPC), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), EPA 402-K-01-001 (2008), South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Shaw Air Force Base Design and Construction Standards, Change 2, 21 Aug 2018 and all other applicable codes.
