- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking sources to provide Catholic Priest Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, Families, and authorized civilians. This Sources Sought is requesting responses to the following criteria that can provide the required services. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 813110 �Religious Organizations�, with the corresponding size standard of $13.0 Million. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Services provided shall be conducted in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 165-1 Army Chaplain Corps Activities. All services under this contract are to be performed by an ordained Priest of the Catholic Church who is endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS). The Catholic Priest will provide regular and special Catholic mass, sacraments, and confessions to the Catholic congregation at Fort Buchanan Garrison (USAG) Chapel on every Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation and in emergency circumstances. Interested vendors MUST be proficient in the English & Spanish language for all Masses, verbal, and written communication. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Vendors who wish to respond to these sources sought should send responses via email NLT 15 May 2025, 10:00am San Juan, Puerto Rico Time to Mrs. Eileen Rivera at eileen.z.riveradomenech.civ@army.mil and Mr. Harvey Odom at harvey.odom.civ@army.mil. Interested vendors should submit a brief capabilities statement (5-pages max) demonstrating the ability to perform the required services. Submissions must include: Business name and address Name of company representative, their business title and email address Type of Business CAGE Code and UEI This documentation must address at a minimum the following items: What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?
