- UPDATE: USCIS is updating this announcement to provide industry with PowerPoint Slides for scheduled events. Please provide any advanced questions to USCIS by April 24, 2025, 4pm ET. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting (OCON) will be hosting its third Quarter Engagement with Industry for Fiscal Year 25 on April 29, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm (ET). The purpose of these quarterly engagements is to provide continued open and engaging dialogue between USCIS and industry on current and future requirements. The focus of this call will be to provide industry with the latest procurement related information for USCIS. To join as an �Attendee�, please use the link below to self-register: Microsoft Teams meeting https://events.gcc.teams.microsoft.com/event/0cf6958e-0a63-400c-9c43-04df51ffec5a@5e41ee74-0d2d-4a72-8975-998ce83205eb USCIS is now using Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) as its platform to engage with industry. Therefore, the calls will no longer be operator assisted, and you will be muted upon entry and your video will be disabled. USCIS plans to record the session and post the recording on its YouTube channel. USCIS will update this announcement with the presentation slides no later than April 15, 2025. The format to the call will remain the same. We will accept questions and will be answering those questions live but in the following format. We have arranged the requirements by subdivisions. The presenter will present the subdivision�s requirements and will answer question live related to only those requirements. Once that subdivision requirements have been briefed, no further questions will be answer live. USCIS will collect all questions and provide a response post-call. USCIS is committed to providing industry with accurate and up-to-date procurement information. We continue to listen to the feedback from industry about these calls and have adjusted the calls format to better engage with industry. We strongly encourage industry to submit questions in advance, so that we can properly provide you with the most accurate and timely answers. Please include the slide/APFS number when submitting your questions.
