- The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Individually Packaged meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) � DFAC, Bldg. 12-58, Susquehanna Avenue, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA 17028. 30MAY-2JUNE. Delivery Location: DFAC, Bldg. 12-58, Susquehanna Avenue, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA 17028 Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time. Meal start time; 0700hrs Breakfast and 1800hrs Dinner. *** Individually Packaged meals for both breakfasts and dinners. *** Bagged Lunch meal on 2JUNE to be delivered at the same time as the Breakfast meal Total # of Meals: 1,638 CLIN 0001: Product Service Description: Breakfast; 31 May-02 Jun; 722 Meals CLIN 0002: Product Service Description: Lunch; 02 Jun; 194 Meals CLIN 0003: Product Service Description: Dinner; 30 May � 01 Jun; 722 Meals Submit quotes as follows; Total Breakfast: 722 ea x $____= $_________ Total Lunch: 194 ea x $____= $_________ Total Dinner: 722 ea x $____= $_________ Quotes are due to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil via email on 28APRIL at 8:00 AM EST. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV. Attachments: RFQ, SOW, Feeding Schedule and NYARNG 21-day menu.
