Description
The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to improve the Lower Lehman Campground, Great Basin National Park. Work may include but is not limited to: improvements to an existing non-compliant campsite, and site improvements at existing vault toilets. Expansion of the existing campground entry. Campground expansion including construction of an �S� shaped paved roadway, back-in and pull-through campsites, with an accessible campsite, and host campsite. Installing road and storm culverts. Repaving at the existing campground. Prepare and asphalt pave a section of the Pole Canyon road measuring 704 feet long, 16 feet wide, and with a 3-inch lift. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237990 with a size standard of $45 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Place of performance will be Baker, NV 89311. The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about May 5,2024 and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
