- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TEMPLATE (FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R8125Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. They may be accessed in full text at the following websites: https:/www.acquisition.gov/far/ and https://www.acquisition.gov/diar. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337214 with an associated small business size standard of 1,100 Employees. This requirement has been set a-side as a Total Small Business Set A-Side and only qualifying vendors may quote as such. CLIN Description Qty Item Price Total Price 00010 Furniture Plan/Build 1/Ea ________ _________ Total price shall be inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes. Anticipated period of performance is 60 Days. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at destination. A site visit is tentatively scheduled to be held on Thursday, 20 March 2025 at 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time. Please submit the names of each attending individual to aaronvaldez@usbr.gov NLT Wednesday, 19 March 2025, to confirm your attendance. Each vendor will be limited to a maximum of 2 guests each for this site visit. For those who are unable to attend a site visit, a Q&A will be conducted from March 18th-21st, and all answers will be published as an amendment to this solicitation by COB Monday, 24 February 2025. Questions shall be submitted to Aaron Valdez at aaronvaldez@usbr.gov. Written, signed quotes on company letterhead with contact information are due no later than Thursday, 24 April 2025 at 5PM Mountain Standard Time by email to aaronvaldez@usbr.gov.
