- Sources Sought W58RGZ-25-B-0027 Purchase of the Seal Kit, Axis G INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-ALB, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources so the Government can purchase the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Seal Kit, Axis G INPUT NSN: 5330-01-548-7865 P/N 1932T08 OUTPUT NSN: 5330-01-548-7865 P/N 1932T08 The resulting contract will be a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, firm fixed- price contract. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires that contractors be able to provide the item and deliver the Seal Kit Axis G, with Part Number 1932T08, NSN: 5330-01-548-7865. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Tech Data is unavailable. SOURCE(S) UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE THIS PART: This item is not a Critical safety item. No DMWR is available. This item is not a commercial item. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339991 and the size standard is 600 employees. The only known sources for this item are GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (CAGE 99207), EATON CORP (CAGE 77842), and REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC (CAGE 91857). If your company is interested in becoming a source for this item, it must submit a request to the Systems Readiness Directorate to become an approved source. Interested parties who have the capability to provide the item listed above submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
