- The National Park Service, Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, split rail fence material. Deliver to: Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument 9020 West Highway 80 Nancy, Kentucky, 442544 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
