It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The source s sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519, Other Computer Related Services, size standard of $34.0 million dollars. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6530. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested contractors who can provide Bar code medication administration (BCMA) carts. The Orlando VA Medical Center Nursing staff will potentially require training on the new equipment and features. There are three (3) Brand Name or Equal applicable carts listed below: Howard Medical Hi-Care E Cart Part# 1480069 Howard Medical Pinnacle Model 30 E Cart Part# 1484236 Howard Medical HI Paradigm E Cart Part# 1480000 The vendor will be responsible for, but not limited to; furnish equipment, installation, all labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and training. The vendor must provide a capability statement limited to no more than five pages and must clearly state the following: Capability in industry to provide the BCMA Medical carts on a similar scope and scale as the OVAMC. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding BCMA Medical carts of a similar scope and scale should provide corresponding information to show how the company would meet OVAMC requirements. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed the performance requirements to provide all the requirements for the BCMA Medical carts. In addition, provide and answer the following: Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, cage code, and SAM UEI number. Company s business size, to include number of employees; Company s socioeconomic status If an SDVOSB or VOSB is responding they must provide their ability to provide the required items in compliance with VAAR 852.219-76 Limitation on Subcontracting and their ability to complete the clause and sign the acknowledgement.� To be considered capable of providing for this requirement, submit a draft of VAAR 852.219-76 completed showing your ability to complete the clause correctly, accurately in compliance with the requirements of the clause. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFQ); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. To be eligible for award, prospective must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Interest site, www.sam.gov.
