Description

Solicitation N00421-25-Q-1043 is issued as a competitive synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Exeltech Incorporated (Exeltech) Inverters, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/)database prior to submissionof an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. See Attached RFQ. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Your quote must be received before 3:00 pm on 17 April 2025, in order to be considered.
