4-10-2025 UPDATE: To all potential interested parties Additional Questions and Answers have been provided under Questions and Answers-003 ************************************************************************************************************************************************** 4-8-2025 UPDATE: To all potential interested parties, This solicitation is being amended to include two additional requirements for pricing clarity. Two task orders are part of this solicitation under the D contract. For reference, they will be referred to as Task Order 1 and Task Order 2. The points of contact for each requirement are as follows: Task Order 1: nelva.l.march.civ@army.mil Task Order 2: nora.c.cardenas.civ@army.mil Questions, Answers, Task Orders, and Unit Density List (UDL) have been posted to this solicitation. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** 4-7-2025 UPDATE: To all potential interested parties, the amended solicitation is posted. This is a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum order value of $100,000. The contract is for a 30 calender day ordering period with the Government having the option to place orders on an as-needed-basis. Unit Density List will be provided upon execution of Task Orders. Reference 25-Q-0023 Amended Solicitation V3 in the attachments. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** UPDATE: To all potential interested parties, be advised that the solicitation will be amended. Requirement remain the same. However, Amended Solicitation is expected to be posted as soon as changes are approved. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** UPDATE: To all potentially interested parties please be advised that the solicitation has been amended to *Clarify that CLIN 0001 is for 36K forklifts not 35K forklifts *Correct PSC code to W039, Lease or Rental of Equipment-Materials Handling Equipment *Option Year CLINS for the proposed contract now specify that an additional 30 days may be needed to include possible weekend work. Please see Amendment 0001 for Changes to the Solicitation. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** Contractor shall provide non-personal services related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations to include loading, unloading, and transporting both containerized and non-containerized military equipment as specified in the contract. This includes the use of forklifts, crane, RGNs and flatbed trucks to safely move equipment weighing up to 100 tons, as well as handling containerized equipment in various configurations, such as quadcons and TEUs, and non-containerized military vehicles. The contractor shall supply six (6) 36K Forklift w/ operators, ten (10) flatbed trucks w/ operators, one (1) 200T crane w/ operator, and four (4) Light RGNs on Mondays through Fridays during the hours of 0730 to 1700. If work on weekends is required, prior coordination will be accomplished with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and contractor to be approved by the Contracting Officer (KO). Period of Performance: 21 April 2025 to 15 May 2025. (This will account for 19 days of work, Mon-Friday 0730-17:00). Place of Performance: Fort Cavazos, TX 76544
