Description
PRE-SOLICTATION SYNOPSIS Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC25RA008 for the supply of an Advanced Military Studies Program. This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced five (5) year Best Value Tradeoff contract. The contract will consist of a base year plus four, one year option years. The RFP will be solicited under NAICS code 561110 - Office Administrative Service. This contract is to provide a like Program of Instruction (POI) to the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or the U.S. Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW). The Ministry of National Guard�s Advanced Military Studies Program (AMSP) will produce experts in operational planning and campaign design while incorporating the tenets of joint military operations. This 40-week, Masters degree producing course will be instructed at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College (KAACSC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The key services in this contract include course instruction, curriculum development and maintenance, bilingual communication, and the execution of a campaign case study. The response date is for archive purposes only and is NOT the date in which offers are due. The date offers are due will be issued with the RFP. Estimated RFP issue date is April 2025. This is an estimated date only and may be subject to change. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award resulting from this solicitation.
