- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Description of Services The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to acquire Pest control Services for USCG Base Ketchikan. Key Requirements Specifications and Qualifications: The contractor must possess the necessary facilities and equipment to provide Monthly Elevator Maintenance Service. Location of Work: USCG 1300 Stedman St. Ketchikan, Alaska 99901 Delivery Schedule: Per attached SOW Set-aside Status: This acquisition is Full and Open Competition NAICS: 333921 Elevator and Moving Stairway Small Business Size Standard: $30 million.
