(ABOA): 2,300 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Site must provide: � Secured ware yard for two (2) 20-foot trailers permanently parked onsite. � Parking for at least 2 employees �bA minimum turning radius of 23 feet to accommodate vehicle maneuverability Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
