The following information is provided. The US Army and Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) invites industry representatives to attend the Industry Day for Next Generation Constructive (NGC) Acceleration to include Synthetic Training Environment Software (STE-SW). Industry day hosted by PEO STRI is an event held to present to industry partners the US Army�s future procurement plans in conjunction with published Request for Solutions. Industry day is an opportunity for the US Army to express its goals, schedule, and solicit feedback about the planned procurement of Next Generation Constructive (NGC) Acceleration to include Synthetic Training Environment Software (STE-SW). Registration is limited to not more than 2 representatives per company, subject to change dependent on the amount of interest generated, and attendees registered. Registered attendees will be notified in advance if they are to reduce their representation to 1 per company. Prior registration is required, day of, on site registration is not permitted. Summary - TREXII-25-04-IO-002 Next Generation Constructive (NGC) Acceleration to include Synthetic Training Environment Software (STE-SW) This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Solutions (RFS) has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for TREXII-25-04-IO-002 Next Generation Constructive (NGC) Acceleration to include Synthetic Training Environment Software (STE-SW) The purpose of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) is to spur innovative development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness via modeling, simulation, education/training, experimental validation, and military readiness focused projects. A consortium has been established to develop prototypes directly relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense (DOD), or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces. This Request for Solutions (RFS) is issued under the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) OTA in support of the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI). Please note that any projects awarded in response to the RFS will include the following statement relating to the potential for follow-on production: ""In accordance with 10.U.S.C. 4022(f), and upon a determination that the prototype project for this transaction has been successfully completed, this competitively awarded prototype OTA may result in the award of a follow-on production contract or non-procurement transaction without the use of competitive procedures."" Interested parties are directed to https://www.trexii.org/ to obtain information regarding this Request for Solutions. Interested parties are required to be members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) in order to respond to the solicitation. Interested parties who are not members and interested in becoming members should contact TReXII@ati.org. Only members of the TReX II consortium can respond to the solicitation. Membership in the TREX II consortium is granted only after a through vetting and interested parties are advised to begin that process immediately in order to attain membership before this RFS closes.
