Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Vidalia Delineated Area: - Northern Boundary, Eastern Boundary, & Southern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Minorca Rd., Twin Oaks Rd., and Parish Rd. 4B-133, continue in an easterly direction on Parish Rd. 4B-133. Follow the curve of Parish Rd. 4B-133 in a southerly direction until the intersection of Parish Rd. 4B-133, Riverside St. and Front St. Continue in a south- westerly direction on Front St. until the intersection of Front St., John Dale Dr., and Levee Rd. Continue in a northernly direction on John Dale Dr. until the intersection of Levee Rd. and John Dale Dr. Continue in a south-westerly direction on Levee Rd. ending at the intersection of J Logan Sewell Dr. (3180) and Levee Rd. Western Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of J Logan Sewell Dr. (3180) and Levee Rd. continue in a north-westerly direction until the intersection of US Hwy 425 S and J Logan Sewell Dr. (3180). Continuing in a westerly direction on US Hwy 425 S until the intersection of Twin Oaks Rd. and US Hwy 425 S. Continue in a northly direction on Twin Oaks Rd. ending at the intersection of Twin Oaks Rd., Minorca Rd., and Parish Rd. 4B-133. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,780 Maximum Sq. Ft. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Vidalia, Louisiana, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
