Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the United States Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the Janitorial Services at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Naples, Italy. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All documents and discussions pertaining to the subject solicitation will be in the English language. Any translations, if necessary, desired by the offerors must be made at their own expense. If you intend to submit a proposal for the subject requirement, you should thoroughly examine the enclosed contract solicitation document. The Government will conduct an organized site visit of the project site in Naples, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10:00 hours local time. The companies that have received a solicitation package are encouraged to attend. Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the site visit. Attendance is limited to two (2) per company. Attendees shall arrive for the site visit 20 minutes prior to the appointed time. The meeting location is the Consulate General Visitor�s Entrance; Piazza della Repubblica, 80122, Napoli, Italy. Registration for Site Visit: Companies are therefore required to submit the attendee names together with a scan of a photo ID e.g. passport, national identification card, or driving licenses and cell phone number of their company's representatives to Mr. Gaetano Scrivo, email: ScrivoG@state.gov; Ms. Sonia Haeg, email: HaegSE@state.gov and Mr. Anthony Walker, email: WalkerAK@state.gov, no later than Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 11:00 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). Please use subject line �Registration for Site Visit 19GE5025R0039.� Admittance to the site visit cannot be guaranteed unless the Government receives your registration by this due date. This information must be provided to obtain access to the conference and to arrange for adequate escorts and seating. No substitutes or additional persons may attend the site visit. Attendees are requested to carry their Photo ID along with them. Without Photo ID you may be refused entry to the site visit. Cell phones, recording devices, and cameras are prohibited within the Embassy compound. Any photos of areas you request will be coordinated with the Government team and will be provided after the site visit. Please ensure that you bring a copy of the solicitation with you to the conference. Questions shall be submitted as soon as possible but not later than April 22, 2025, by 11:00 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). Any questions you may have concerning the solicitation document should be submitted in writing via email to Anthony Walker: WalkerAK@state.gov so that a response can be provided prior to the solicitation closing date. The proposal shall be submitted as a pdf document emailed to WalkerAK@state.gov as soon as possible but not later than April 30, 2025, by 23:59 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). The email subject line must read �Proposal 19GE5025R0039�. The email size shall not exceed 45MB. No proposal will be accepted after the specified time. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor that will be required to complete the services, and for pricing their proposal accordingly. Further, each offeror is responsible for furnishing complete information to its subcontractors. Subcontractors shall not be referred to the U.S. Government concerning the requirement. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding a contract, or to award the contract based upon initial proposals received without holding discussions.
