Description
Product Director Crew Served Weapons (PdD CSW) is hosting an invitation-only Vendor Demonstration Days in the November 2025 timeframe. This event will take place in the Cusseta, GA area. The purpose of the event is to conduct market research to inform Government requirements for future generation Medium Machine Gun (MMG) and Heavy Machine Gun (HMG) efforts, Medium Caliber Weapon Systems capable of firing 30x113mm ammunition, 3D Printed Suppressors, 6.8x51mm Chambered Sniper Rifles, Optics, Advanced Fire Control Systems and Novel Technologies. Vendor Demonstration Days will provide the opportunity for Industry Partners and Government entities to obtain direct customer feedback from Stakeholders and other participants. The expected technologies may include, but are not limited to: � Innovative day/night Crew Served Weapon Sight Systems � Advanced Optics/Sighting Systems/Weapon Stabilization � Rangefinder Technologies � Remote Weapon Systems (RWS) to support Medium Caliber Weapon systems (thru 30x113mm) � Ground Mounts for MMG and HMG � Integrated Fire Control Systems � Barrel bags/Assistant Gunner Ammo bags � 3D Printed Suppressors, Suppressor Shield Capabilities � Modular Mounting Solutions � Recoil Management, Novel Materials (for weight reduction/increased durability) � Intelligent Shot Counters � Target Tracking Software � Future generation MMG Marking Ammo/Lightweight Ammo/Reduced Range Ammunition, and the like � Counter UAS systems thru 30x113mm Participating vendors/Government entities can choose to either host a static display, conduct live-fire events, or both and are encouraged to partner with weapons/ammunition Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The Government will not provide any weapons or ammunition for use or demonstration. Participants may present their concepts, prototypes, and hardware to Government Stakeholders in attendance such as: PEO Soldier, PM Soldier Lethality, PdD Crew Served Weapons, PdM Soldier Weapons, PdM Small Arms Fire Control, Maneuver - Capability Development Integration Directorate, Maneuver Requirements Division, Army Futures Command, Soldier Lethality Cross Functional Team, Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center, Combat Capabilities Development Command � C5ISR, Special Operations Command and various others. Vendors interested in participating shall complete the attached Vendor Demonstration Days Form and submit to the indicated Points of Contact: Laura Battista (laura.l.battista.civ@army.mil), Frank Torres (frank.b.torres.civ@army.mil), Lisa Karpowich (lisa.karpowich.ctr@army.mil). Together with this form, applicants may provide supporting information concerning their prospective demonstration provided it does not exceed five letter-size pages. The Government reserves the right to invite or revoke vendor invitations to this event. The invitee list will be based on the prospective needs/interest of the Government Stakeholders. Participant information must be submitted no later than May 9, 2025 to be considered for an invitation. Further guidance, maps, instructions, and timelines will be provided to the invitees. No contract award is intended, nor it shall be expected, as a result of these Vendor Demonstration Days. Any response to Vendor Demonstration Days is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract award. Participation is completely voluntary. The Government will not be responsible for any expense incurred by any Vendor Demonstration Days participant. The Government will not pay for any information received. All travel and other associated costs shall be assumed by each participant. Absence from the Vendor Demonstration Days does not preclude participation in any future solicitations, if any are issued.
