Description
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain Association of Clinical Pastoral (ACPE) Center Membership to accommodate the issuance of Level I/II Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units. Period of performance: 05/01/2025-04/30/2030 Basic description of the requirement: Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Inc., is the only vendor capable of performing ACPE Accreditation Services. ACPE is the only nationally recognized accrediting body for CPE in the United States. These service include; accredited membership dues, accreditation fees and certified educator candidate fees. Place of Performance: VA New York Harbor Health Care System Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus 423 E 23rd. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by April 14, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ACPE Accreditation Fees in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
