The Government does not own any technical data or drawings for these items. They support the 6.2 Liter and 6.5 Liter Diesel Engines for the Legacy, Legacy (A2) and Up-Armored versions of the HMMWV. The manufacturing source of supply for these four NSNs is Stanadyne Corporation (CAGE: 84760). The Government plans to solicit and evaluate the requirements utilizing an ""All or None by NSN"" strategy. Each NSN will be evaluated separately with the potential for split awards to be made to the responsive low offeror for each NSN based on the total evaluated price for all five ordering years by NSN. This is a Consolidated requirement, as each Fuel Injection Pump variant NSN was historically solicited and awarded on individual LTCs. A copy of the signed Consolidation determination document will be posted with the solicitation, once released.
