- AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 5 Fort Drum OWS Location Map, Attachment 6 W911S225QA031 Questions-Answers, and extend the quote due date. Quotes are now due Tuesday 15 April 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT. END AMENDMENT 1. Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Oil Water Separator Cleaning and Waste Disposal. See document CSS_W911S225QA031 for the Performance Work Statement, Attachments 1 through 4, and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
