- ***Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to add Q&A to attachments, per FAR 15.201(f) and to correct number of annual claims from 96,000 to 14,400 claims/year*** The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for Remote Clearinghouse Services to be provided for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center located in Towaoc, CO. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled �RFQ No. 75H70725Q00066� and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents. Per FAR 15.201 - Exchanges with Industry, before receipt of proposals, please include �RFQ No. 75H70725Q00066� in the subject line when requesting information regarding the solicitation via e-mail only to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov.
