- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
