Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Urology services utilizing a Holmium or Thulium and Greenlight XPS laser; Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripter (ESWL), ESWL operator, C-arm fluoroscope, and patient bed; MRI-Ultrasound Fusion with an operator to include procuring imaging from compatible 3T MRI centers with targets identified by radiologists certified to identity target lesions as well as the necessary equipment and software to enable targeted prostate biopsy capability.
