Description

1.Amendment 0008 to the solicitation is to add the following: 2.This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates for the BUNKERS PACOM Purchase Program. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the performance period from date of award to September 30, 2026. Therefore, solicitation SPE608-21-R-0200 will remain open for any new line items to be solicited. As new requirements are received, the Government will issue amendment(s) to the solicitation; with new closing dates for the new requirements and afford all Offerors an opportunity to compete for the new line items.� 3.Solicit Marine Gas Oil (MGO) requirement at the following locations as follows: a.The solicitation amendment 0008 offers are due by April 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM ET, FORT BELVOIR, VIRGINIA, local time.b.Solicit the following line item: Base Reference: Platts Gasoil FOB Spore Cargo POABC00 Daily Base Reference Price: $653.80 Per Metric Ton Base Reference Date: 18 March 2025 Item: 0032 Location: Port of Malakal, PalauProduct: Marine Gas Oil (MGO) Quantity: 4500 Metric Tons c.Attach updated ATTACHMENT A-2 Offer Data Sheet. Offers shall include Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate ofQuality (COQ) and Commitment Letter from the supplier for every item offered. d.
