Description

Work includes the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, incidentals, and operations as required for removing airfield painted markings and runway rubber deposits and painting airfield markings in strict accordance with the contract drawings, UFC 3-260-04 and technical specifications as specified herein subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall meet all applicable local, state, federal, and other jurisdictional codes in the performance of this contract. The magnitude of construction is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for the requirement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 1: Extend Bid Due Date to 7 April 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 2 - This amendment for the referenced project incorporates the official Government response to questions asked prior to 2:00 PM CST on 25 March 2025. All questions were submitted via email. All questions are based on Government record of questions asked during and after the Site Visit held on 6 March 2025. Attach 10 - Highway Wage Determination (3 Jan 2025). This attachment provides the Wage Determination that will be used for this project. Attach 11 - Questions and Answers. This attachment provides all recorded questions and associated responses asked prior to 2:00 PM CST 25 Mar 25. Attach 2 - PAINT AND RUBBER REMOVAL SOW (25 Mar 25). This attachment supersedes the original SOW for this project. Attach 5 - SOW Attach 3 - Spec02900PaintRubRemoval-1 R2. This attachment supersedes the original SOW Attach 3 for this project. Attach 12 - SOW Attach 8 - AGE Parking and Driving Lane_0001. This attachment is an addition to the SOW. Attach 13 - Rubber and Paint Maps. This attachment supersedes the previous rubber and paint maps for this project.
