- Title of Work: Bayou Meto Canal 1000 Phase 3.2Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the construction of 14,665 LF of irrigation canal, 8 farm offtakes, 5 siphon structures, 1 gravity turnout, 2 pump turnouts, and associated grading and drainage. Work begins at the eastern limits of construction of Canal 1000 Phase 3.1 (STA 290+00) and ends at the first check structure (STA 441+30).North American Industry Classification System: 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $45M.Acquisition Strategy: The procurement will be advertised as Small Business set-aside. Award will be made to the proposal that represents the best overall value to the Government.Evaluation Methodology: The evaluation methodology for this procurement will consist of four evaluation factors: Technical, Management Approach, Past Performance, and Price.Work Location: The work shall be located in Lonoke County, approximately 12 miles southeast of Little Rock, Arkansas. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings. Magnitude of Work: More than $10,000,000.00Contract Duration: 763 DaysRequest for Proposal: Will be issued on or about 16 April 2025Proposal Due Date: On or about 20 May 2025The Solicitation Number will be W912EQ25RA001.
