CLIN 0001: Apply Chromium Nitride Coating Spindles FFP Apply Chromium Nitride Coating to outside of Spindles per Drawing 11583062 and Statement of Work. Apply Chromium Nitride Coating at process temperature 975�F A: Surface prep: Prior to and post Chromium Nitride application critical surfaces to meet surface finish Ra2000 D: Adhesion Per ASTM B571 Method 13.1 E: CORROSION, ISO 4628-1 RATING = 5 FOLLOWING 250 HOURS CYCLICAL CORROSION TESTING PER GMWI 4872. Pricing Based on Estimated Quantity of 100 Pieces shipped at estimated quantity of 10 per month. Please provide pricing as follows: Price per Piece; $_______ Price per lot of 10: $_______ All return shipping, packing and handling charges to be included in above pricing. *Any unused funds will be deobligated prior to contract closeout* Service Contract Labor Standards 15-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated. Certificate of Conformance is required with every return shipment per COC CN5. Contracting Officer's Representative: Julie Cannon Amendment 0001 issued to add CLINs 0002 and 0003 for an additional 8 Spindles each. See attachment.
