Description of Service: Initial Install/Setup of Portable Water Demineralizer in new Clean Room at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard � Bremerton and quarterly annual service, to include tank and filter delivery and exchange. Plus 2 Option Year for Recurring Quarterly Service. Portable Water Demineralizer System to comply with MIL-STD-1330E, Grade *B* or better. Chloride ion, Maximum ppm......................1.0 Conductivity, Maximum micromhos/cm.........20.00 pH Range.............................................N/A Visual Clarity........................................No turbidity, oil, or sediment Particle level.........................................Water will be filtered to 25 microns absolute prior to use Original Install/Set-up of Portable Water Demineralizer System (Q1), to include: Qty 2 each 3.6 cubic feet Activated carbon tanks Qty 4 each 3.6 cubic feet Mixed Bed tanks Qty 3 each 20 inch 1-Micron Cartridge Filter Qty 3 each 20 inch 5-Micron Filter Qty 1 each Indicator Light Qty 1 each Indicator Light Power Supply Applicable Systems Operations Manuals Base Year Quarterly Tank Exchange Service, to include: Qty 2 each 3.6 cubic feet Activated Carbon tanks (exchanged approximately 6 months after initial delivery, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 4 tanks Qty 2 each 3.6 cubic feet Mixed Bed tanks (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 10 tanks Qty 1 each 20 inch 1-Micron Cartridge Filter (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 6 filters Qty 1 each 20 inch 5-Micron Filter (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 6 filters Updated System Operation Manuals, if applicable.
