- Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis - W56HZV-24-R-0195 SEAT, VEHICULAR The US Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a Five-Year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements contract. This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside for the following item: Noun: SEAT, VEHICULAR NSN: 2540-01-649-3477 Part Number: 12580349 NAICS: 336390 - Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing Average Estimated Quantity: 35 per year Unit of Issue: Each Option Quantity: N/A Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The solicitation, W56HZV-24-R-0195 is anticipated for release in two to four weeks from the date of this notice. The solicitation will contain the required technical information and a specified due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address (sam.gov) to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Failure to obtain and acknowledge any amendment(s) may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
