Description

The United States Department of the Navy's Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Illumina Inc, of San Diego, CA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals as it is an OEM requirement however if interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Service contract Comprehensive Plan which must include full coverage for parts, labor and travel; Reagent replacement upon HW failures; 1 PM; Remote Technical Support; 3 business day average on-site response; HW/SW updates; On-site applications support; Discounts on advanced training. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM) and have an account in Wide Area Work Flow in PIEE. No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management; no payments will be made unless through WAWF.
