This is a Sources Sought notice only. No Solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice is issued for the purpose of market reseach, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Please do not submit price quotations at this time. The issuance of this sources sought notice does not commit the Government to issue a soliciation or ultimately a contract award. The Government is not liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement, for any costs incurred for preparing a response. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking sources who may be able to fulfill a rental requirement for Temporary Dehumidification and HVAC Systems for use in Groton, CT.
