Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Embassy in Mexico (Embassy) requires a vendor that can supply, set up and remove tents and event flooring for an event in Mexico City. All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
