- Description
- This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA465925QM004. This requirement is being solicited as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set- Aside (FAR 19.14). The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210 with a size standard of $47.0M. QUOTE SCHEDULE: Potential Offerors shall include the total price to provide for all of the items listed on the quote schedule, listed on the combo. For further information, please see attached: Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Attachment 2 - SCA Wage Determination 2015-4973 Rev 27 Attachment 3 - DBA Wage Determination ND20250014 Attachment 4 - Past Performance List of References Attachment 5 - Clauses Amendment 1 Combo Revision 1: Combo solicitation number has been updated from FA465925Q0004 to FA465925QM004. Change has been highlighted on the attachment. Change in Description of Furnishing Management Services to reflect update of solicitation number from FA465925Q0004 to FA465925QM004. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for 11 March at 1:00pm CST. See Combo Revision 1 for more details. Question Due Date: Due date has been updated to 18 March at 9:00am CST. Q&A will be posted after this date. No questions will be answered before this date. Amendment 2 Combo Revision 2: Combo has updated quote due date to: Quotes are due no later than 4:30pm Central Standard Time, 7 April 2025. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail to the contracting points of contact listed below. Combo has removed verbiage from ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (1)(a) from ""Unit and Total Price relating to each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in the supplies orservices and price/cost section. To include a detailed breakdown justifying contractors Quotes, including but not limited to labor rates, labor categories, administrative and overhead costs, profit, taxes, labor hours, equipment cost, maintenance cost and materials"" to just ""Unit and Total Price relating to each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in the supplies orservices and price/cost section.""
