Item is identified as Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Purchase Request: 7009576430, NSN 4920-01-583-5563, Fuel Tank Ventilation Kit; PN MAV-17. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Approved sources for this item are Rhine Air, Inc. CAGE 58501. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for a total quantity of 16 each. The required delivery is 191 days ARO to Texarkana, TX CLIN 0001. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
