- Roseburg District Culverts, Douglas County, OR, BLM Roseburg District - Upcoming Solicitation 140L4325Q0038 The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, is soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply Contract for Roseburg District Culverts, Douglas County, OR to be delivered to Sutherlin, OR. The delivery date for this requirement is estimated to be 05/05/2025. The NAICS code is 331221- Rolled Steel Shape Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 1,000 employees.
